Workshop on data-driven approaches in biomaterials engineering
We have a handful of spots available for a unique, interactive workshop. From 29-31 May, 50 people will get together at the Pufendorf Institute for Advanced Science, Lund University, Sweden
Confirmed attendees include:
Dan Anderson (MIT)
Morgan Alexander (Nottingham University
Ross King (Chalmers University)
Pavel Levkin (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology)
Jeroen Eyckmans (Boston University)
Shantanu Singh (Broad Institute)
Patrick van Rijn (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen)
The program starts on Wednesday 29 May at 12.00 and ends on Friday 31 May at 12.00 and attendance is expected full time.
We have set up a very dynamic program in which we mix small group discussions with lectures from world leading scientists and interactive workshops on relevant topics including high throughput screening, machine learning, data management and assay development. You will be able to pitch your work and present a poster and there is ample time to sit down and talk to the experts in the field. The workshop is co-organized by the Biomaterials 4.0 theme of the Pufendorf Institute for Advanced studies (https://www.pi.lu.se/en/themes-0/biomaterials) and the objective of the conference is to build a long lasting relationship between its participants.
If you think that the workshop fits your interest, and you think that you can contribute to its dynamic and interactive atmosphere, then write a motivation email of not more than 200 words to
The Pufendorf Institute will sponsor your conference registration fee, but flight and accommodation are at your own expense.
